Growth capital enables European expansion.
Private equity firm NPM Capital has acquired a 25% interest in the IT Channel Company, a leading IT service provider. The company supports its clients and partners by providing (strategic) advice that covers areas such as cloud transformation, marketing, go-to-market, lead generation and service development, and also by offering management and sales training, coaching and software distribution services.
The growth capital provided by NPM will enable the IT Channel Company to develop a commercial sales channel and increase its professionalism with a view to ultimately securing European market leadership.
The IT Channel Company was created in 2012 through a merger between IT service providers Conceptsales and Partner Master Class (PMC). In 2013 the company also started providing specialised support services for the Microsoft Dynamics product family for businesses in Western Europe through its subsidiary Quattro Business Solutions (QBS group). As a Value Added Reseller (Master VAR) for Microsoft Dynamics, QBS group supports its partners by providing services in areas such as marketing and lead generation, sales support, consultancy, partner and customer care, training and coaching.
